Here is what CBAS has to offer those who join:
CBAS is committed to:
- connecting members with each other;
- facilitating information sharing;
- drawing in new organizations;
- serving as a resource for the media, legislators, and others;
- collaborating with other associations and groups where goals overlap; and
- developing policy position statements.
Through the CBAS website, members are able to:
- network and collaborate with other professionals in the field;
- keep abreast of new research;
- share information and ideas; and
- receive a periodic newsletter.*
*Members will automatically receive an electronic newsletter (distributed several times a year) that will include announcements, updates, and new information in the field of cervical barriers. If you choose not to become a member but are still interested in receiving updates, you can just subscribe to the newsletter separately.
CBAS members should:
- endorse the CBAS mission to raise the profile of cervical barrier methods both for preventing pregnancy and potentially HIV and other sexually transmitted infections (STIs);
- understand CBAS’s key messages; and
- feel free to contribute updated information to the CBAS website and e-newsletter.
If you would like to end your CBAS membership, please email info@cervicalbarriers.org, and we will remove you from the membership list.
If you have any questions about CBAS membership, please feel free to contact us.
All information provided to CBAS by its members and users of this site will be kept confidential according to our privacy policy.
